Sign up for August Sports Physicals! 

Please register on Family ID by clicking here: WTHS Family ID Registration.  Once registered, print the Physical Packet, Covid Form 1, and Covid Form 2  and return it to the Athletic Director's Office before July 20th. Mrs. Connolly will take your name and place you on the physical list.  WTHS Athletics would like to remind all athletes who wish to have their physical done, must be among the first 80 to turn in the required paperwork. (August physicals are limited to the first 80)

4.  Additional Covid-19 Clearance Form (Doctor' stamp & signature required!)
